HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY FINAL REPORT?
Your final inspection report will be delivered via email within 24 hours of the inspection
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR MY INSPECTION?
It is not required for you to be present at the time of the inspection. It is recommend that you attend so that you learn the in's and out's of your potential future property.
HOW LONG WILL THE INSPECTION TAKE?
Depending on the square footage and age of the home, your inspection could range from 1.5 hours - 3 hours.
DO THE UTILITIES NEED TO BE ON?
Yes. In order to properly inspect the property, all utilities will need to be on at time of inspection.
WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE DUE?
Payment is due at time of inspection
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Cash or check preferred. Some credit cards are accepted with 3% service fee.
